BRB.

Hello, lovelies!! I have to interrupt my regularly scheduled blogging because I will be on a cruise from Sunday to Sunday! My family is heading to Bermuda and I could not be more stoked. That being said, I will have limited access to internet while cruising and will not be able to upload to Enclothed Cognition. However, I will most likely be updating my instagram account still so be sure to follow along! If any of you have been to Bermuda, please leave beach and activity recommendations below. They will be greatly appreciated. Have a lovely week, babes ❤

Basking

Hello, lovelies!! This week has been rather lax in terms eventfulness. I have been just enjoying my time at home before with my dog before we leave him again for another week (boo)! The heat has been quite intense in always sunny Pennsylvania and this floral dress has come quite in handy on days when it is blustering hot and I cannot be bothered. It goes on like a wrap dress and is so loose and comfortable, perfect for when I eat too much at the bf’s house..oops.

Sea Breeze

Hello, lovelies! I am back at home but looking at these photos from the past week totally made me miss being at the beach. One morning, my mom and I took an early walk by the water. It was such a perfect time to go because it is before it was congested with people and made capturing these photos so easy!

Although, one may say I am very stylish in many aspects of my life, one thing I know I was lacking in was chic beach attire. I am the type of person who usually throws an oversized t-shirt on over my bathing suit and call it a day. However, with my 2 beach trips this month I thought it would be nice to have an official cover up to wear to and from the ocean. I was lucky enough to snag this lovely sequin kimono-style dress. I am not a sequin kind of girl, but I thought it was done in such a tasteful way. It is such a beautiful, seasonal piece and you will be happy to know that I washed it numerous times and it was not deteriorated in quality. You can bet I am placing right back in my luggage case for my next trip!

Hello from Sea Isle City, NJ! My family has been coming here every summer for a couple of years now and it is such a cute, family friendly getaway town. A bunch of my extended fan is here as well so we went to Carmen’s Seafood Restaurant for an amazing meal by the dock.

It was a warm and balmy summer night so I opted for this Americana, nautical-esque halter top from Zaful, high-waisted shorts, and strappy sandals. In addition, I have been wearing this small backpack that is the perfect size to carry my phone, wallet and dslr!

If you missed my last post, be sure to enter my contest for the a free custom phone case or laptop skin!

Custom Phone Case & Giveaway!

Hello, lovelies! For all my fashionable, tech savvy friends, this post may be for you! I had the opportunity to customize some phone cases on CaseApp and I think they came out so well. The website is so easy to navigate and the process of designing your own case is seamless and fun. I have the Galaxy S5 so I made two cases. The first one is kind of funky and I think it is a visual representation on my sense of style. While the other is a more summery, vibrant case that will even be a great accessory to my outfit.

I opted for both of my cases to be matte. Upon receiving them, I was so impressed at how they came out exactly as expected. It is a hardshell case that wraps around the sides. The material is sleek and comfortable to grip. I have not had my case on for a long length of time, but I have heard these particular CaseApp cases last a long time.

If you are in a creative slump, you can also choose from various phone and laptop cases and skins that are preset. Honestly, there is something that suits everyone’s sense of style. They have a multitude of marble patterns, leaf patterns and other graphics — totally blogger friendly!
The best part is, CaseApp is giving away one product for free from their website. Enter via the form below:

Trendy

Hello, lovelies! I am officially in vacation mode as of tomorrow, I am heading down the beach for a week! Before I go, I am happy to share this outfit with your curtesy of Zaful. Unless you have been living under a rock, I am sure you have all seen some variation of this 70s inspired button-front skirt. After encountering this skirt for the past couple of months, I finally decided to get one of my own. I think it is an easy & casual piece to wear in the summer and has many styling opportunities. This particular skirt is actually really good quality and fits like a glove!

I also got these sandals and thought the cream-black-brown would be a perfect mixture of earthy neutrals. I love how these shoes tie up the ankle (which is also so in trend right now!) and how they have a lovely suede material. Both of these are definitely staple summer pieces!
